Job Description
A Digital Microfinance Bank is seeking a dynamic and innovative Product & Partnership Manager to drive product development, strategic partnerships, and revenue growth. This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing innovative financial products. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in enhancing the bank’s offerings, aligning them with our vision for financial inclusion and digital transformation. It requires a blend of creativity, analytical skills, and strong relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
Product Development & Management
- Lead the end-to-end development, launch, and lifecycle management of fintech and microfinance products.
- Work closely with other teams to enhance product-market fit.
- Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to drive innovation.
- Optimize product features and ensure seamless customer experience and adoption.
Partnership Development & Growth
- Identify, negotiate, and manage strategic partnerships with fintech companies, financial institutions, and key industry players.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with regulators, investors, and third-party service providers.
- Drive collaborations that enhance digital banking, payment solutions, and lending platforms.
- Develop go-to-market strategies to expand product reach and maximize revenue.
Market Expansion and Revenue Growth
- Design and execute market penetration strategies to scale digital financial products.
- Develop business models and revenue streams to ensure profitability.
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging opportunities and trends.
Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure all products and partnerships align with regulatory frameworks and industry standards.
- Work with legal and compliance teams to mitigate risks and uphold operational integrity
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA is an advantage.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in product management or partnership development in the financial or tech industry.
- Strong understanding of digital banking trends and customer behaviors.
- Proven ability to negotiate and manage strategic partnerships.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills
- Proven track record in developing, launching, and scaling financial products.
- Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and business development skills.
