Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all aspects of store operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
- Lead and motivate a team to provide excellent customer service.
- Manage inventory, merchandising, and stock replenishment.
- Develop and implement strategies to boost sales, profitability, and brand awareness
- Handle vendor relationships, ordering, and supplier negotiations.
- Ensure excellent product presentation and a welcoming store environment
- Monitor financial performance, including sales tracking and reporting.
Requirements:
- BSc/ HND in Business Administration or related field
- Previous experience in retail management, preferably in a gift shop or similar environment.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and customer service skills.
- Ability to drive sales and implement marketing strategies.
- Knowledge of inventory management and store operations.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
