Job Description
We are seeking motivated, energetic, and young graduates. This entry-level position is designed to equip fresh graduates with industry-specific skills and professional exposure, preparing them for future leadership roles.
As a Graduate Trainee, you will undergo structured training, gain exposure across key business functions, and develop the skills needed to build a successful career.
Key Responsibilities
- Undergo intensive training across various departments, e.g., finance, HR, marketing, and operations.
- Support day-to-day business operations across departments
- Actively participate in tasks, projects, and operational workflows.
- Support team efforts in reviewing processes and suggesting improvements
- Demonstrate willingness to learn and adapt quickly.
Requirements
- B.Sc. or HND in any discipline with a minimum of a second-class lower/lower-credit.
- 0–2 years experience post-NYSC.
- Must possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong desire to learn and professional drive.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Must be aged 20–28 years.
