Job Description

In a transformation process, a Lagos-based Fintech-Driven Micro Finance Bank seeks self-driven, passionate and result-oriented professionals with a high sense of responsibility to fill strategic leadership roles within its C-Suite cadres. 

The Head, Financial Control and Strategic Planning is responsible for the following:

  • Financial Reporting
  • Financial Performance Management
  • Budgeting and Forecasting
  • Accounting standards compliance
  • Regulatory Compliance in Financial Reporting
  • Taxation Management
  • Providing accurate financial information to support business decisions

Requirements

  • BSc/HND Accounting
  • ACCA/ICAN
  • Minimum 5-7 years in a similar role
  • Strong MS Excel, PowerPoint
  • Strong Analytical Skills
  • Financial Intelligence
  • Research and Planning
  • Strategic Relationships Management
