Job Description

In a transformation process, a Lagos-based Fintech-Driven Micro Finance Bank seeks self-driven, passionate and result-oriented professionals with a high sense of responsibility to fill strategic leadership roles within its C-Suite cadres. 

The Head of Internal Control & Compliance will be responsible and accountable for ensuring the business maintains an effective operational control framework and continues to comply with all regulatory and legal obligations.

  • Internal Policies and Process Compliance
  • Regulatory Compliance
  • Transaction Reconciliation
  • Fraud and other irregularities investigation and reporting
  • Asset Tagging

Requirements

  • BSc/HND. Accounting or related field
  • ACCA/ICAN
  • Minimum of 5 years in a similar role
  • Proficiency in Accounting Software
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint
