Job Description
A reputable organization seeks a proactive and highly organized Personal Assistant (PA) who will also double as an Administrator. This dual role involves providing personalized secretarial support to senior management while managing the company’s day-to-day administrative operations. The ideal candidate will be resourceful, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
As a Personal Assistant:
- Act as the primary point of contact between the manager and internal/external clients.
- Manage schedules, organize meetings, and maintain the manager’s calendar.
- Handle correspondence, emails, and other communications.
- Conduct research and compile information for decision-making purposes.
As an Administrator:
- Organize and oversee daily office operations to ensure efficiency.
- Prepare regular administrative reports and ensure compliance with office policies.
- Handle employee records and coordinate with staff on administrative needs.
- Support the implementation of office procedures and systems for smooth workflow.
Qualification and Requirements
- BSc in Business Administration or a related field.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role is required.
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Administrator, or similar role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and familiarity with office management tools.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently
